Yogi Kristen

Kristen has been practicing yoga for over 10 years before finishing her 200 hr RYT in 2023. She specializes in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Sculpt, with an emphasis on a variety of breath work techniques and detailed alignment practices. She strives to create a safe and fun practice for students of all levels. Her main goal is helping people feel comfortable in their bodies by creating programs that cater to everyone and their individual needs. 

Whether in-person or online, Kristen ensures a safe, inclusive environment where students can build a strong mind-body connection and develop a practice that feels both empowering and personal.
